★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service! I payed 30 € for a travel time for 2 - 3 days two weeks ago. The packaging is still not arrived. Shame on you! The whole company is a big joke. Do you know, what the meaning of working is?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service by the ladies at the counter at least 10 people waiting and only one serving at times whilst other staff talking on their mobile or chatting amongst each other! Saw 5 people working there whilst there and not enough of them serving. Mário who helped was quite helpful in the end after waiting more than 30 mins to be served. Would not go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two weeks ago I had a package sent there from France, almost a week later I got an email that said that I had personally refused to receive my parcel and demanded it to be returned, although I had never even been there!!!
Judging from the other reviews this is no coincidence.
Do yourselves and everyone else a favor and employ real workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the most unfriendly people. Been coming here for about a year and though not all of them are bad, they are definitely all unfriendly. And man, their system is so backward. SO much paper work. And always complaining to each other…
I put the address on a parcel. She gave it back to me and I had to write it on a separate piece of paper so she could key it in in her computer. Really? You can’t key it in from the parcel directly?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We posted a package to Canada from here. Shop next door sells packaging tape. CTT shop sells boxes. They did the customs declaration for us and the staff were all friendly. Would definitely use their services again.
