Lack of transparency and honesty when budgeting over the phone, the TOTAL AMOUNT indicated per call almost tripled when I went to pick up the car at the repair shop.
Added to this is the arrogance of the responsible gentleman that not even an apology deigned to make.
Very displeased, will not be returning nor recommending!
