★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing experience. Tasting menu is delicious, surprising, and perfectly executed. Pacing is not too fast nor too slow. Wine pairings are highly recommended. A great evolution for the team from their time at Ceia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is SPECTACULAR. I had the smaller tasting menu and it was easily the best meal I’ve ever had.
I’ve been to 3 star Michelin restaurants and this one certainly deserves the designation.
Paired with their choice of wines… this chef and his team are magicians. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular! We are at the best restaurant in the world last year, Mirazur, and this was as good, if not better. Kudos to chef Pedro and his talented team. The squid pasta was exceptional and the desserts had some of the most delicious flavors we had ever experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the vegetarian menu Raízes, which proved to be excellent fine dining. Especially the textures were wonderful. The taste range was also good, perhaps a bit fewer fermented elements would be preferred. Some tastes lingered beautifully. We had excellent natural wine suggested by the sommelier, though a bit pricey.
The music was a tad too loud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the extended menu and a bottle of champagne for the meal, really thoughtful and wholesome experience. The wine pairings also looked very interesting. Great combination of flavours and the sommelier was also very helpful, as the rest of the staff
