I used the online booking system via google to request a booking and as you can see below they booked me in for a haircut and beard trim.
When the day came for my appointment I waited outside for 30 minutes and kept messaging them to ask where they were because the shop was close and no one answered.
They've wasted my time and my energy, it is so disrespectful. A message would have been nice to me saying my booking is cancelled for whatever reason. but no, they didnt do that at all and I made my way and waited 30 mins outside a closed shop for no reason.
Such a waste of my time, so disrespectful and I would recommend people not use these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haircut is good, I got cut during the beard shave, which is unpleasant from professionals.
If you go in the morning like I did and take only a coffee (they propose you beer and alcohol) it would be very disadvantaging.
I paid 45€ haircut, beard shave and coffee which is 25€ more than everywhere else in cascais (I'm from Paris and it's even cheaper there).
No discount for being cut nor for not taking alcohol. It also took 1h40min, which is too long.
Next time I'll go in cascais center, do the haircut and take a beer in a bar close to the sea it will be cheaper, faster and more pleasing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here today for the first time and was extremely happy with the service and quality. I had a haircut and beard trim by Alex and it was possibly the best haircut I ever had. Having some beers available while having a haircut was great, highly recommend the experience.
