Para além de outro contratempo que me fez deslocar à loja depois de ter levantado a tv. Tenho que voltar a levar para reparar , ainda estou a ponderar se volto ou se levo para arranjar num outro sítio...Não recomendo para reparação de tv's. Lousy, lousy! Arrangement of TV, expensive, time consuming and came just like changed parts. In addition to another setback that made me go to the store after raising the TV. I have to take it back to fix it, I'm still considering whether to go back or take it to get it somewhere else ... I don't recommend it to repair TV's.

Tive mais de 1 mês a espera de contacto: liguei, fui á loja, enviei emails.... tudo a pedir que me contactassem para dar 2º orçamento e nada. Diziam sempre que o técnico ia contactar no próprio dia e nada. Sem outra hipótese fui obrigada a ir levantar equipamento e ainda assim tive de pagar 15 €. Dono/gerente não dá a cara aos clientes. TERRIBLE ! Budget values absurdly expensive. I had more than 1 month waiting for contact: I called, I went to the store, I sent emails .... everything asking to be contacted to give me a 2nd quote and nothing. They always said that the technician would contact the same day and nothing. Without another chance I was forced to pick up equipment and I still had to pay € 15. Owner / manager doesn't give a face to customers.
M	Miguel Caldeira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior loja de arranjo de aparelhos eletrónicos de sempre, com técnicos muito antipáticos e muito pouco competentes. Mandei arranjar a minha PlayStation porque a entrada do cabo hdmi estava danificada e após apenas uma utilização voltou outra vez sem funcionar. Voltei a loja pouco mais de um mes e disseram que a playstation estava danificada e que não podiam fazer nada quando foi exatamente assim que eles a deixaram! Adicionalmente, apesar de na fatura dizer que posso fazer devoluções no prazo de 6 meses, eles disseram me que só tinha um mês para reclamar quando isto não está escrito em lado nenhum e quando os confrontei disseram que "não dissemos nada porque o senhor não perguntou" quando na fatura estão 6 meses, repito:6 meses . Está é uma loja que apenas tenta enganar o consumidor e após gastar 70 euros para um pequeno arranjo, vou ter que levar a playstation a uma loja com staff competente uma vez que o aparelho ficou pior do que o que estava e foi bastante mais caro do que lojas similares. Worst electronics repair shop ever, with very obnoxious and very incompetent technicians. I had my PlayStation fixed because the hdmi cable entry was damaged and after just one use it was again out of order. I went back to the store just over a month ago and they said the playstation was damaged and they couldn't do anything when that's exactly how they left it! Additionally, even though the invoice says I can make returns within 6 months, they told me they only had one month to complain when this is not written anywhere and when I confronted them they said "we didn't say anything because you didn't ask " when the invoice is 6 months, I repeat: 6 months . This is a store that just tries to deceive the consumer and after spending 70 euros for a small arrangement, I'll have to take the playstation to a store with competent staff since the device was worse than what it was and was much more expensive than than similar stores.

Foi concordado telefonicamente que me iam enviar fotos do que ia ser reparado no meu portátil, para identificar a razão do orçamento tão elevado por um problema tão simples. No entanto, no momento de recolher o portátil, recusaram-se a providenciar as fotos. Inicialmente, afirmaram que não providenciam esse tipo de serviço, e quando disse que tinha sido isso que me tinha sido garantido por telefone, simplesmente limitaram-se a dizer que não sabiam quem tinha dito isso. It was agreed by phone that they would send me pictures of what was going to be repaired on my laptop, to identify the reason for the high budget for such a simple problem. However, when collecting the laptop, they refused to provide the photos. Initially, they stated that they do not provide this type of service, and when he said that this was what had been guaranteed to me over the phone, they simply said that they did not know who had said it. Fiquei a saber que também fazem reparações eletrónicas. Boa surpresa! I was very well taken care of at this store. I needed to buy a computer and they presented me with several solutions. The employee was very available and attentive. I learned that they also do electronic repairs. Good surprise!

Sempre que tenho uma avaria telefono para o Pedro e o Pedro como sempre resolve a situação. Falo do Pedro porque é a pessoa com quem mais lido, o que não quer dizer que todo o pessoal seja competente . Já levei lá amigos e gostaram do trabalho deles. When I call them to talk about the problem they didn't treat me well and nothing was done although I've presented proves that it had 8gb before I handed them the computer. But still they have very affordable products and I ended up buying a keyboard that I'm in love with. Be careful if you ever gonna leave your computer there!!!!
