Onde morava habituei-me a lojas com muita incapacidade em demonstrar empatia e verdadeiro interesse pela necessidade dos clientes. A Cyclestore mostrou-me que é possível ser-se comercialmente agressivo, mas ao mesmo tempo levar em consideração os gostos, motivações e necessidade de um cliente. Caí nesta loja sem conhecer porque procurava uma suspensão total com um budget bem definido. Após alguns meses a andar com a bike o quadro fissurou do nada. Apesar do Nuno estar de férias, rapidamente deu resposta e logo que reabriu mostrou total preocupação na resolução do meu problema. Um muito obrigado ao Nuno pelo empenho e votos que continue a ter ainda mais sucesso do que teve até aqui. Da minha parte, recomendarei a loja sempre que me questionarem!
I am a relatively recent resident of Vila Nova de Famalicão. Where I lived I got used to stores with a lot of inability to show empathy and real interest in the needs of customers. Cyclestore showed me that it is possible to be commercially aggressive, but at the same time consider a customer's tastes, motivations and needs. I fell into this store without knowing it because I was looking for a total suspension with a well-defined budget. After a few months of riding the bike, the frame cracked out of nowhere. Despite Nuno being on vacation, he quickly responded and as soon as it reopened he showed total concern for solving my problem. Many thanks to Nuno for his commitment and wishes that he will continue to be even more successful than he has had so far. For my part, I will recommend the store whenever anyone asks me!
