Encontramos aparcamiento en la misma calle sin pagar. Lo peor que hacía frío en el apartamento y si ponías toda la calefacción a la vez, se iba la luz 3rd floor without elevator. Das Bad ist leider nur mit einer schlechter Lüftung ausgestattet und deswegen dauernd feucht. Es riecht modrig und in den Fugen ist schon der erste Schimmel zu sehen. Die Verwaltung und der Check-in war hervorragend und sehr freundlich. Small apartment with kitchenette and bathroom! The apartment was relatively new and neatly furnished. Bed unfortunately only 140 cm, otherwise good! Unfortunately, the bathroom has poor ventilation and is therefore constantly damp. It smells musty and the first mold can already be seen in the joints. The administration and check-in were excellent and very friendly.
G	GY Choi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 부모님과 함께 가족여행으로 스페인~포르투갈 여행 중 입니다. 부모님과 나는 지금까지 다녀본 유럽의 모든 숙소 중에 이 곳을 최고로 뽑았습니다. 접근하기 좋고 도우루강과 주변 관광에 아주 편리한 곳에 위치하고 있습니다. 골목 분위기와 다르게 건물 내부와 숙소는 아주 신식으로 성인은 3명이나 성인 2명과 아이2명까지 머무르기에 충분한 공간과 편리한 구조를 가지고 있습니다. 주변 주차 인프라를 가지고 있고 아침식사는 8유로에 요청한 시간에 맞춰 룸서비스로 제공 됩니다. 리셉션의 안내는 아주 훌륭했고 친절 했습니다. 나의 두번째 포르토 여행은 이 숙소로 인해 완벽 해졌고 언젠가 다시 이 곳을 찾을 것 입니다. 나와 나의 부모님 모두를 행복하게 해준 모든 분께 정말 감사합니다. I am traveling from Spain to Portugal on family trip with my parents. My parents so far This is the best place I've ever been to in Europe. Conveniently located and very convenient for sightseeing on the Douro River and its surroundings. Unlike alleys, the building's interiors and accommodations are very new, with enough space and convenient structure to accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children. There is a perimeter parking infrastructure and breakfast is served by room service on request at 8 euros. The reception was very nice and friendly. My second Porto trip was perfected by this hostel and I will be back here someday. Thank you all for making me and my parents happy.

No responden a los correos, no te solucionan nada y te tratan muy mal. Deberían tratar mejor a los clientes. Solo quieren cobrar y se olvidan. Hay alojamientos mejores en Oporto y el trato mucho mejor. The accommodation is not bad. The location is very good, but the treatment received by the staff VERY BAD. They do not respond to emails, they do not solve anything for you and they treat you very badly. They should treat customers better. They just want to charge and they forget. There are better accommodations in Porto and the treatment is much better.

Una stella in più per la deliziosa ospitalità e cortesia del gestore, che ha perso 10 minuti buoni per illustrarci ogni singola attrazione e possibilità che ha da offrire Porto, consigliandoci le strade da fare a piedi e cosa vedere, lasciandoci una mappa stupenda e super dettagliata. Consigliato per chi cerca un alloggio comodo ma senza troppe pretese in termini di lusso. The apartment was really small, simple and functional. Excellent location, just behind the central station, a few steps from the main streets of the center. An extra star for the delightful hospitality and courtesy of the manager, who lost a good 10 minutes to show us every single attraction and possibility that Porto has to offer, advising us on the streets to walk and what to see, leaving us a wonderful and super detailed map . Recommended for those looking for comfortable accommodation without too many pretensions in terms of luxury.

No funcionaba la vitrocerámica. El baño se podría mejorar muchísimo. Positive points: location and price. Negative points: if you want to put the air conditioning and use an electrical device, skip the light. The glass ceramic did not work. The bathroom could be improved a lot.
