La zona es perfecta: céntrica, con muchísimos servicios y bien comunicada. Tienes paradas de autobús y tranvía a 100 metros, la ribera Del Río al lado, zona de bares, tiendas y restaurantes, a escasos 200 metros o menos.
El acceso al apartamento es muy cómodo: y directamente desde la Plaza del Infante D. Henrique con una puerta de seguridad. El portal cómodo y limpio. Tiene ascensor, por si tu apartamento no está en las primeras plantas
Ya la puerta del mismo apartamento es blindada, de seguridad. Posee un portero automático con cámara de seguridad.
Las vistas del apartamento son geniales, además de estar orientadas al sur prácticamente (que hace que sea muy luminoso) dan directamente a la plaza, y se ve un tramo del Douro (Duero)
Aunque la zona es muy bulliciosa, queda en silencio rápidamente porque no es zona de fiesta ni bares.
El apartamento, aunque caben 4 personas, está diseñado para dos. Es una habitación y un sofá cama.
Tiene calefacción individual por lo que, si hace frío, puedes encenderla
Televisión plana, wifi que funciona muy bien
Tiene vitrocerámica para cocinar, lavavajillas, lavadora, secador, etc. Todo funciona bien
A escasos 100 metros hay una comisaría de policía.
Está situado en una zona turística, con supermercados, bares, restaurantes a buen precio...
Una buena opción
Problema?????? Como todo Oporto, no hay aparcamiento para vehículos. Yo te recomiendo reservar una plaza en cualquier parking cercano, además que dejar un vehículo, con matrícula no portuguesa en la calle, es un reclamo para el robo

The views of the apartment are great, in addition to being oriented to the south practically (which makes it very bright) they face directly on the square, and you can see a section of the Douro (Duero)
Although the area is very busy, it quickly falls silent because it is not a party area or bars.
The apartment, although it fits 4 people, is designed for two. It is a room and a sofa bed.
It has individual heating so, if it's cold, you can turn it on
Flat TV, wifi that works very well
It has a ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. Everything works well
Just 100 meters away there is a police station.
It is located in a tourist area, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants at a good price ...
A good choice
Issue?????? Like all Porto, there is no parking for vehicles. I recommend that you reserve a place in any nearby parking lot, in addition to leaving a vehicle, with a non-Portuguese license plate on the street, is a claim for theft
Overall, I recommend the apartment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos alojamos en este apartamento durante 3 noches en noviembre. Localización, perfecta, mejor no puede estar.
Tiene un parking a unos 500m, al otro lado del puente, que tiene tarifa especial y por diez euros el día puedes aparcar si te descargas la app. Los dueños del apartamento nos explicaron todo.
Una cama doble, y un sofá cama, super cómodos.
Cocina súper equipada y grande.
Baño, amplio y perfecto.
Uno de los mejores apartamentos que he estado.
Se respetaron las medidas Covid cien por cien, el chico ni siquiera entro en el apartamento.
We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in November. Location, perfect, it can't be better.
It has a parking lot about 500m away, on the other side of the bridge, which has a special rate and for ten euros a day you can park if you download the app. The owners of the apartment explained everything to us.
A double bed, and a sofa bed, super comfortable.

Bathroom, spacious and perfect.
One of the best apartments I have ever been in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ribeira Premium Apart II -- experiência lamentavel a não repetir. colchão que chia (tenho video a comprovar) com um simples virar de lado. em pleno inverno não tivemos água quente ( vinha 20 seg de água quente e depois era água fria e foi um loop ) o que tornou o processo de tomar banho doloroso e fez com que ficasse constipada. entre outros promenores que poderia comentar
O mais lamentavel de tudo isto é que disseram ao airbnb que apenas reembolsavam 10€ o que nem chega para ir a farmácia comprar antigripais.
Ribeira Premium Apart II -- regrettable experience not to be repeated. mattress that squeaks (I have video to prove it) with a simple turn on its side. in the middle of winter we didn't have hot water (there was 20 sec of hot water and then it was cold water and it was a loop) which made the process of taking a shower painful and made me constipated. among other details that you could comment
The most regrettable thing about all this is that they told airbnb that they only refunded €10, which is not enough to go to the pharmacy to buy cold medicines.
