 Excellent service, 5* staff from reception to workshop, very helpful and attentive. We had an unforeseen event on our vacation, but it was promptly resolved with quality and speed.

Desorganização e falta de responsabilidade. Deixei a minha carrinha para arranjar o parachoques de traz, deixaram cair a chave da carrinha para dentro de uma fossa tive que levar a copia para poderem acabar de arranjar a carrinha pois o seguro ja tinha pago o arrenjo.
Liga-se para a oficina registam os numeros dos cliente que nao querem atender.
Liguem mais de 10 vezes nao me atenderam, liguei asseguir do numero da minha namorada atenderam e quando souberam que era eu meteram-me a espera e desligaram.
Deixaram os sensores da carrinha por mudar.
Ainda hoje tou a espera dos novos e so dam resposta quando sao contactados pelo seguro.
Cuidado pessoal se gostam dos vossos carros nao os deixem ai.
Quem avisa amigo é.

Disorganization and lack of responsibility. I left my van to fix the rear bumper, they dropped the van key into a pit I had to take the copy so they could finish fixing the van because the insurance had already paid for the arrangement.
Call the workshop and register the numbers of customers who do not want to attend.
They called me more than 10 times, they didn't answer me, I called assuring my girlfriend's number, and when they found out it was me, they put me on hold and hung up.
They left the truck's sensors unchanging.
I'm still waiting for the new ones today and they only give an answer when they are contacted by insurance.
Personal care if you like your cars do not leave them there.
Who warns friend is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came on the 7th of August to Dadicauto. We said before, that our Tourneo Custom had problems with the alternator. After 5 hours, they said, that there is no problem to find. I showed it to them on my voltmeter, that is not working correctly. They comment was. We had a look at it and we are closing now. 3 days later another ford dealer in Spain said, that the alternator was burnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you find your self in trouble with your car in Portimão just go to the Dadicauto. I got a very high quality repair and paint job for a small but ugly bumb in just 24hrs. Friendly and prompt service at very reasonable cost. I most warmly recommend.?
