Liguei as 15h para reservar mesa, e, quando lá chego avisam que só guardam a mesa até x hora, sendo que essa informação não me foi dita em momento algum. Não tivemos direito a pedido de desculpas pela falta de profissionalismo da parte deles, como ainda nos mandaram embora alegando que o bar já estava muito cheio, Sem qualquer tipo de controlo á entrada, e com várias pessoas ainda a chegar. Até a vendar algum tipo de produto se recusaram! 3/3 vezes que fui a este local foi sempre a mesma situação, falta de profissionalismo. Terrible attendance. A complete disorganization. I called at 3pm to reserve a table, and when I get there they say they only keep the table until x hour, and this information was not told to me at any time. We didn't have the right to apologize for their lack of professionalism, as they sent us away claiming that the bar was already too full, Without any kind of control at the entrance, and with several people still arriving. They even refused to sell some type of product! 3/3 times I went to this place it was always the same situation, lack of professionalism.
P	Patricia Correia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 1 hora do bar fechar não nos serviram bebidas porque "estava demasiado cheio e já iam começar a mandar pessoas embora" apesar de termos mencionado que íamos logo sair e após esta conversa ainda havia pessoas a entrar. Sem controlo de lotação. Atendimento que me deixou incrédula. Para não falar que tínhamos ligado para reservar mesa e quando lá chegámos é que mencionaram que só até às 7 da tarde é que guardavam lugar. At 1 hour before the bar closed, we were not served drinks because "it was too crowded and they were already starting to send people away" despite having mentioned that we were going to leave right away and after this conversation there were still people coming. No stocking control. Service that left me incredulous. Not to mention that we had called to reserve a table and when we got there they mentioned that only until 7 pm they kept their seats.
