De nada vale escreverem tudo (lenta e detalhadamente) num papelinho se depois 3 pessoas tratam do pedido sem ler o papel e têm de voltar a fazer tudo novamente (desperdício de comida e dinheiro). Parece um negócio que claramente ganharia com a presença de um bom responsável / gerente que impusesse ritmo no serviço e responsabilizasse / formasse os funcionários. Ponto a favor: limpeza das mesas.
 Slow, poorly organized service. They often don't get the order right. There is no point in writing everything down (slowly and in detail) on a piece of paper if then 3 people deal with the order without reading the paper and have to do it all over again (wasting food and money). It seems like a business that would clearly benefit from the presence of a good person in charge / manager who would impose a rhythm on the service and hold / train the employees. Point in favor: cleaning of tables.
