★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contactei esta empresa para solicitar os seus serviços para apoio domiciliário. Foi dado um prazo de um mês para dar tempo a que empresa encontrasse profissionais adequados. A três dias só fim do prazo, a responsável da empresa afirmou não ter cuidadores disponíveis, deixando-me "pendurada". Posteriormente, não voltou a contactar-me para saber se tinha encontrado uma solução para este problema.
 I contacted this company to request their services for home support. A period of one month was given to allow time for the company to find suitable professionals. Three days after the deadline, the company official said she had no caregivers available, leaving me "hanging". Afterwards, he did not contact me again to find out if he had found a solution to this problem.

Tentamos executar o nosso trabalho com seriedade e sinceridade e foi isso que fizemos. A cliente foi informada que dentro das exigências e as condicionantes de preço e de horário que nos colocaram não estávamos a conseguir colaboradores efetivos para o trabalho. Poderíamos colocar qualquer outra pessoa, sem nós termos referências concretas mas essa não é a nossa forma de trabalhar. Fomos sinceros, somente.
Esperamos, de verdade, que tenham conseguido resolver a situação.

We tried to do our job seriously and sincerely and that's what we did. The client was informed that within the requirements and the price and time constraints placed on us, we were not getting effective employees for the job. We could put anyone else, without us having concrete references, but that is not the way we work. We were sincere, only.
