★ ★ ★ ★ ★ après une demande l'année dernière de visite afin d'ouvrir un B&B au Portugal 2 personnes de l'agence nous ont amener dans le coin je pense le plus perdu aux alentours de Lisbonne ( environ 1h30 à Coruche ) mais la n'est pas le pire arrivés sur place, 40 min à chercher ou est la maison a visiter nous avons du demander a des habitants( les 2 dames elles riaient aux éclats vu qu'elles ne savaient mêmes pas ou elles étaient ) le tout sous un soleil de plombs dans une twingo sans clim ! arriver enfin à la propriété la maison de l'horreur bref une incompétence assez incroyable , incapable de cerner les besoins des clients ni même de s'informer sur le bien a visiter la grande classe ...
after a request last year to visit to open a B & B in Portugal 2 people from the agency brought us in the corner I think the most lost around Lisbon (about 1:30 to Coruche) but it is not the worst arrived on the spot, 40 min to seek or is the house to visit we had to ask the inhabitants (the 2 ladies they laughed with the fragments since they did not know even where they were) all under a sun of plumbs in a twingo without air conditioning! finally arrive at the property the house of horror brief incompetence quite incredible, unable to identify the needs of customers or even inquire about the good to visit the high class ...

While browsing (by chance) we came across Debrito Properties.
At first they seemed like a boutique real estate company, but after a short (virtual) meeting with César (the beginning of COVID19…) he left an impact which no one else did.
Obviously we did our due diligence (Since we're not Portuguese and didn't know who to trust), and they came out with flying colors.
Later on we met Fernanda and understood that she was a perfect match for us.
