★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While cycling the Portuguese Camino we arrived in Santarem with a damaged wheel: Monika couldn't have been more helpful... Having made a significant but unsuccessful effort to help sort the problem within the Decathlon setup she then phoned a couple of other shops to see if they could help. What an awesome ambassador for the brand! Every time we have interacted with Decathlon staff we have left the shop feeling that they have gone above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. Fabulous service ??

First we went to pick up a bicycle purchased and payed online when we reached the shop to pick up the cycle, but it was taken buy another customer we argued with the sales person there he told me that he Don't know what to do , we argued again and we called the sales manager and after a long wait. they have given another model and that was more expensive so we had to pay more, because of the difficulty to travel again we bought it . That was my first experience and again we gone there for Second time the offer price and billing amount was different . Be careful guys if you go there . Bad and horrible customer service ever I seen .I feel like a big scam

They are very pleasant, efficient and have great a understanding towards the customer’s needs. Must give credit to their HR head. He/she seems to be doing a spectacular job!????
