★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered roses and other rose colored flowers in a squared bouqet. They sent something that was not even close to what I've ordered.
As it was already paid, they didn't care what the customer wanted or not and refused to return the money. They didn't even called before they sent the flowers (to warn me that the basket was different or the flowers).
After showing my contestation, they didn't even care in the slightest, nor returned the call.
"Who pays in advance is poorly served"! You lost one more client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my happiest moment today buying flowers at Decoflorália. I came late after the shop was actually already closed, but the owner was so kind to make me the bouquet I needed. I received the best service and the most beautiful bouquet - exactly what I wanted. Will definitely come back!
