★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! 1a vez que encomendei marquei hora para entrega e apareceram antes. Ligaram, demorava 5 min a chegar ao local, disseram que não esperavam e atiraram as placas para dentro de casa.
Na 2a vez encomendei, disseram que entregavam dia x de manhã, era 13h não apareceram. As 14h fui lá e disseram que não não se iam chatear por tão pouco dinheiro, não faziam a entrega nem me davam o dinheiro (a placa já estava paga). Só depois de ameaçar com polícia e livro de reclamações é que a entrega foi efetuada.
Certamente não haverá 3a vez.
Para quem diz que fatura muito.. tem um péssimo profissionalismo!
Terrible attendance! 1st time I ordered I booked time for delivery and appeared before. They called, it took 5 minutes to arrive, said they did not wait and threw the signs into the house.
The 2nd time I ordered, they said they delivered day x in the morning, it was 1pm they didn't show up. At 2 pm I went there and said they would not be upset for so little money, would not deliver or give me the money (the plate was already paid). Only after threatening with police and complaints book was the delivery made.
Certainly there will be no 3rd time.
For those who say that invoices a lot .. has a terrible professionalism!
