★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good bakery/patisserie for breakfast or afternoon tea. There's always a good variety of fresh bread and cakes available. From the portuguese traditional "pastel de nata" and "bola de berlim" to more complex cakes there's always something different to try. Located off the beaten path and the main tourist areas the prices are very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been an occasional costumer of this bakery since the day it has opened. Yesterday while visiting Portimão; I returned here for breakfast. For my disappointment I was rudely received by the bald employee. At first; (as I enter the establishment); I am rudely received by this employee. After placing my order (again rude) he tells me that to make order I would have to sit first. (Alright, house rules are house rules. Just don't need to be rude or impolite). As I sat; a old couple that came after me; sat near my table. The rude bald waiter simply ignored me and went to attent the couple instead. As I stood watching i thanked him for the horrible service and left. As an hotelier; looking towards quality; I no longer this establishment. Furthermore, after contacting some locals; many reported having the same problem and therefore also not returnig to the establishment again.
