Tenho um plano de saúde que me permite ter destartarizações gratuitas, mas nesta clínica sou sempre obrigado a pagar pois dizem que a destartarização simples não é suficiente. Conclusão: acabo por pagar mais nesta clínica com plano de saúde do que sem plano noutra clínica qualquer. Very bad. I have a health plan that allows me to have free scaling, but in this clinic I am always obliged to pay because they say that simple scaling is not enough. Conclusion: I end up paying more in this clinic with a health plan than without any other clinic.
A	Andreia Guedes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência que tive, a responsável/proprietária é de uma arrogância sem noção, marquei uma limpeza simples, e quando cheguei ao dia marcado fui informada que já não faziam limpezas simples (pois estas são gratuitas com o meu plano de saúde), se quisesse ser atendida teria que fazer uma limpeza "profunda" , ou seja pagar 50€. Completamente ridículo os arteficios que usam para nos arrancar o máximo dinheiro possível. The worst experience I had, the person in charge / owner is a clueless arrogance, I scheduled a simple cleaning, and when I got to the scheduled day I was informed that they no longer did simple cleaning (as these are free with my health plan), if if she wanted to be attended, she would have to do a "thorough" cleaning, that is, pay 50 €. Completely ridiculous the artifacts they use to get as much money out of us as possible.

Fui atendido perto das 11 horas quando a dentista chegou, para tratar de um dente infectado e acabou extraído. Falta de organização da auxiliar. Que não tinha nada pronto e a dentista tinha de andar a pedir todo o material necessário, dr cada vez que a Dentista precisava dela, tinha de estar sempre a chamar e a pedir o material. Acho que o tempo em que esteve no piso superior na galhofa com a outra colega ( era audível a conversa) e que a recepcionista teve de ir lá a cima dizer para pararem que a Dra estava a chegar, tinham preparado tudo para as consultas. Não existe responsabilidade nem organização. I arrived at 10:10 or so, with a mark at 10:30. I was treated around 11 o'clock when the dentist arrived to treat an infected tooth and it was extracted. Lack of auxiliary organization. That there was nothing ready and the dentist had to go and ask for all the necessary supplies, every time the Dentist needed her, she had to be always calling and asking for the material. I think the time she was upstairs in the joke with the other colleague (the conversation was audible) and that the receptionist had to go upstairs to say that to stop that Dra was coming, they had prepared everything for the consultations. There is no responsibility or organization.
