The best dental clinic for children, incl. who are very naughty and really do not want to treat their teeth. Great team, patient and impeccable service, everything is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I was waiting for the appointment with orthodontist confirmed already one month ago. Clinic sent me cancelation by SMS that appointment is moved one week later. Nothing wrong with that. On the day of the appointment I called the clinic to confirm I would come on agreed time, at 15:00. Reception didn't speak English, instead continuing in Russian, even after I specified I didn't speak the language. Suddenly I received WhatsApp message that the appointment is at 17:00 on the same day, not 15:00 (and I was already on my way for the appointment) When I said it wasn't what we agreed on they asked me to come at 16:00... This is no serious. Please take care of your customers, especially new ones, because this things cannot and shouldn't happen. Good luck.
