Devo dizer que a integração nunca foi bem conseguida. Quando viram que não tinham capacidade de proceder aos nossos requisitos simplesmente deixaram de responder aos e-mails e chamadas telefónicas. Cheguei a contactar o Sr. Paulo dia sim dia não, durante 2 semanas. Havia sempre uma desculpa qualquer para não terminar o trabalho contratado. Estou há cerca de 2 meses à espera de uma resposta. Entretanto já implementei a loja online com outro parceiro PHC e está tudo a funcionar perfeitamente numa semana. Não recomendo de todo. Falta de ética e método de trabalho. Nem sequer deviam ser parceiros PHC porque estão a denegrir o nome do software.
We hired Deprosis services in two aspects: software maintenance / support and integration with the Prestashop online store.
I must say that integration has never been successful. When they saw that they were unable to meet our requirements, they simply stopped responding to emails and phone calls. I got to contact Mr. Paulo every other day for 2 weeks. There was always some excuse not to finish hired work. I have been waiting for about 2 months for an answer. In the meantime I have already implemented the online store with another PHC partner and everything is working perfectly in one week. Not recommend at all. Lack of work ethic and method. They should not even be PHC partners because they are denigrating the name of the software.
