★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A assistência técnica é péssima, estou há duas semanas já à espera que venham verificar o que se passou com o motor da piscina que avariou pela segunda vez em menos de dois anos. Agendam a visita do técnico que acaba por não comparecer no dia e sem qualquer tipo de justificação. Já em 2020 tive de os contactar e estive quase 1 mês à espera da visita do técnico. Não recomendo e por isso a avaliação que fiz é de 1 estrela
The technical assistance is terrible, I've been waiting for two weeks for them to come and check what happened with the pool's motor, which broke down for the second time in less than two years. They schedule the visit of the technician who ends up not showing up on the day and without any kind of justification. In 2020 I had to contact them and I was waiting for almost 1 month for the technician's visit. I don't recommend it and that's why the rating I did is 1 star
