They are not to be trusted. They tried to charge 15 euros for repairing a wetsuit that is under warranty.

Não recomendo, de todo, a aquisição de peças de roupa ou outras em lojas físicas desta empresa.
Company that is representative of several sports brands but whose only objective is profit. It keeps the customer away with retrograde exchange and returns policies outside of everything that is practiced in our country and even abroad.
I do not recommend, at all, the purchase of clothing or other items in physical stores of this company.

I bought a beautiful bikini but unfortunately the bikini pants broke during a holiday.
I mailed them and got a quick response from sara. She was really friendly and helpfull and she even send me a new pants! Even though the bikini broke, i will definitely buy one again from this shop thanks to the great service!
