In einer Woche konnten sie es nicht zustellen und wir durften das Päckchen schlussendlich nach ewigen anrufen bei der "Service Hotline" doch in diesem 60 km entfernten Post Center abholen.
Fast processing in the center here, but unfortunately overall the alleged express delivery from DHL was a joke. In a week they couldn't deliver it and we were finally allowed to pick up the parcel after endless calls to the "Service Hotline" at this post center 60 km away.
