Paguei praticamente o dobro para ter garantias que a encomenda chegava efectivamente ao destino e mais depressa, mas a encomenda nem sequer saiu de Portugal, porque alguém picou que foi gerada etiqueta de destino mas a encomenda não teria ordem de saída.
Ao terceiro dia, descobri pelo tracking que algo não estava bem. Só então se desculparam. A receção na data garantida pela própria DHL implicava a compra antecipada de um bilhete de avião. Como devem imaginar, a encomenda chegará depois da data do voo.... Porque alguém fez asneira
DHL has completely failed.
I practically paid twice to have guarantees that the order actually arrived at the destination and faster, but the order did not even leave Portugal, because someone praised that the destination tag was generated but the order would not have an exit order.
On the third day, I found out by tracking that something was not right. Only then did they apologize. Reception on the date guaranteed by DHL itself implied the purchase of an airline ticket in advance. As you can imagine, the order will arrive after the flight date .... Because someone messed up
