★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de uma reclamação de artigo com defeito reportada em Abril de 2021, ainda não foi dada uma resposta, quase 1 ano depois. Lamentável esta atitude, nem uma resposta deram depois de várias tentativas de contacto, tanto por telefone como por email.
Tive de mudar de fornecedor de fardas, investir em fardamentos para todo o staff, o mínimo era responderem à reclamação. Muito insatisfeita.
After a faulty item complaint reported in April 2021, still no response has been given, nearly 1 year later. This attitude is regrettable, not even a response was given after several attempts to contact them, both by phone and email.
I had to change uniforms supplier, invest in uniforms for all the staff, the least was to respond to the complaint. Very dissatisfied.
