★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete disgrace of a place. Have you queing up outside no matter what the weather. Doesn’t open on time!! Some pit bull women comes along and starts barking at everyone to get in line like we’re in some labour camp. Another example of the total embarrassment to this country that it’s social services are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How should I explain their worst service here, however we say ,it will be less, reach there at morning 8am to make a queue as I have to be on Sef next day, they start doing service at 9am,I submit my documents at 9 am ,after me they are more than 15 people and they submit also,they return their documents with 15-20 minutes,after that they receive more documents with other more people from another window without making any queue, they return their documents also, it was 4 hours I was standing on the windows waiting my document's, I ask with the guy (security personal with curled hair) he say they have urgent so that they were getting their documents fast and I am only the one who don't have any urgent! What a logic, I have to go sef next day and he said I had no urgent and those who came at 10 am 11am they have urgent work,I went there before also and the same security personal told me to go there one day before my SEF, there is a huge discrimination between us ,thank God I get back my document's at 1345hrs with standing there alone for 4hrs 45 min, if you're taking the documents from another window better they make different place for them and us, and they were not giving any appointment because they cannot have chance to make that silly things so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG, I came early morning at 7'o clock but I was 16 in a row and the office open at 9am. This is a situation of all Portugal governments office. Always long quee. At the end the services are satisfactory. The staffs are nice. I hope one day this situation will fine a good solution.
