We had literally spoken with a dozen real estate agents but we were absolutely thrilled to have found and settled on working with Matthew. Having bought, sold and remodeled numerous homes, I can tell you this was was not your ordinary search. With the onset of Covid, we had two trips to Portugal cancelled and the thought of purchasing something remotely, sight unseen seemed a bit crazy. That said, doing virtual viewings with Matthew allowed us to really get a feel for the place. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, going there as much as we needed! It helped that we knew the area fairly well, but Matthew provided great service by connecting us with lawyers, property managers, remodeling contractors, home furnishing locations, and more. We did this all remotely with WhatsApp, wiring funds and closing the deal virtually with the help of Matthew and the team of people he connected us with. We can't wait to actually set foot in our new place!
