★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled all the way from London to Lisbon with my black brother & was told from a friend of mind that the Dock’s club was one of the best in Lisbon. On arrival there was black security guard with dreads who turned his back on us and once I introduced myself he quickly made it a point to look me and my brother up and down like we where complete dogs and then said how it was a private party for Americans only and walked off.
It was a completely self discrimination to your own kind which made no sense as he embraced other people who are not of colour. I hope the owner takes precaution and takes course upon looking at this review.
RACIST BLACK SECURITY GUARDS DO NOT ATTEND AT ALL!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can get in, it's a alright night out. I had to basically bribe the ladies on the door, guaranteeing a spend of minimum €400. Even then the black doormen didnt want to let us in, and being black myself was shocked but not surprised. They do not like foreigners, and will lie and say it's a private party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked up to the club on a Tuesday evening with my black brother.
Upon approaching I removed my hat well in advance of the door.
Noticed 3 white ladies standing outside and 2 black bouncers.
Upon arriving the front bouncer TURNED HIS BACK on us.
We said hi, the then turned around and with a look like we had both got caught taking it in turns on his wife, looked us up and down then told us "It's a private party for Americans", he then banged on 1 of 4 signs by the door then turned and walked away.
The ladies being American said something polite to us but stood in amazement.
My 1st thought was shock rather than anger, shocked that the arrogance and rudeness without rhyme or reason. They made no attempt to conceal their blatant disregard for patrons who were clearly tourist up for a night of good clean fun.
I would rather everyone boycotted this club, colour has nothing to do with it because if they treat a fellow person with such disrespect, no-one has a chance!
I'm upset that I didn't read the reviews in advance.
Don't waste your money, time or energy attempting to pursue a memorable evening in a place that encourages that style of behaviour from their staff.
Truly shocking!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this spot. It’s my favorite club in Lisbon and now one of my favorite restaurant. Such a great atmosphere, great music and the staff is amazing. Not once did they ever say “no” it was always a YES and trying to improve everything they were doing for us. 5 star service. Best service I’ve had in Portugal by far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT GO THERE EVER! They are RACIST to customers and especially scam foreigners! They have people inside that are connected with the bouncers to get you into trouble for nothing. They do this to foreign VIP customers after you spent a lot of money. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate it lower I would. Don't have anything nice to say about this place.
The music wasn't even good. Outdated service mentality, wouldn't let me in because I was wearing pants, but men are allowed to wear pants.
Have been there before a couple of times and it's always overcrowded and service is very slow.
They wanted to charge us 1500$ dollars EACH to come in because we were speaking English. Called my friend who works there to let us in and she said it was 30€ per person. Discriminate based on looks, gender and race. DISGUSTING. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER.
