★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago and paid the total amount at the same time. However noone came or called at the scheduled day and hour. They cancelled the service out of my consent and didn't even let me know about the cancellation. I could learn about it just after calling Customer service to ask about the reason of "delay". They even didn't inform me about it. The poorest level service in terms of customer satisfaction and corporate management. I scored 1, because there ia no 0 or minus...Shame!
