Fast and friendly contact. My old suitcase was damaged and I was replaced. I ordered the same model and it was ordered abroad and delivered at no extra cost.

I had my suitcase damaged on a Tap Flight, and in a little over 1 month I received a new suitcase at my house.

Tive a mala danificada no voo da Turkish Airlines, fiz reclamação no balcão de desembarque, mandei e-mail para a empresa e eles falaram que a Dolfi1920 faria a troca por outra. Fiquei muito satisfeita com a rapidez e o ótimo atendimento que foi prestado, a nova mala foi escolhida por mim mesma mediante um voucher disponibilizado no site e chegou super rápido.
I had my suitcase damaged on the Turkish Airlines flight, I complained at the arrivals desk, I sent an email to the company and they said that Dolfi1920 would exchange it for another one. I was very satisfied with the speed and the great service that was provided, the new bag was chosen by myself using a voucher available on the website and it arrived super fast.

Poor service. Abuse from customer replacing suitcase by 1st price Pratice higher price than competitors when time is to choose a lugage replacement.

Highly unprofessional, lack of communication. Took a month to deliver a new suitcase which didn't even happen at the end, therefore I had to pick it up myself. Provided suitcase looked good once received although wasn't good in quality so it broke after single train trip. They are not willing to provide any further compensation. :///////

If I could give this place negative stars I would. When I called to make my claim initially I was promised two options 1) a new suitcase or 2) repair of my suitcase before I leave the country which was in one weeks time. After attempting to contact them via phone and email and receiving no response, The day before finally after an hour hold time on the phone I was able to get through to a human being. They then told me they were not able to successfully deliver. They told me I would have to come to them (waste my time, energy, and money in getting to their location). I did not accept this as an option as I was on limited time with no vehicle and i was not willing to take an expensive cab ride to the location with no compensation of my time or cost of ride. I spoke with a employee named Anna and she told me two hours before they closed they would call me back in letting me know if they could deliver to me before my flight the next morning. 15 minutes before their offices closed my anxiety grew and I called and still no response. Not only did they fail to return my call , when they said they would, but they left me with no time to configure a new situation for my broken suitcase. My suitcase was irreparable. I am disgusted by the costumer service. This is the WORST company to have any interaction with. I do not recommend. I should have listened to the reviews and avoided them at all costs, not worth the stress. They left me handicapped with no solution or resolution moments before my departure.
