D	Deviyani Christine翁可俐 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the style, staff, restaurant, bathroom size. Too much furniture for a small room. But disappointment was the beautiful pool and fitness room were only open at 10 am! We usually like to work out or swim between 6 and 9am.

On the spa unfortunately you have to wear a cap to go in the pool, so not very convenient. But the other facilities are worth it! It's not the closest hotel to Santuário de Fátima, but it is within walking distance
C	Cris Dizon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our arrival was good as the front desk were so friendly and helpful Arturo was accomodating and help with all the questions we had (and throughout our stay)and we were in our room in less than 10mins. Room was good and clean. Breafast was superb great choices of food and friendly staff too. Spa and the staff there were great especially Mariana.So helpful with our Massage appointment. We had dinner in their restaurant there too staff were friendly Emilka was so professional and food was great. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will recomend it to all. Thank you.
J	James Harrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have dined here 4 times in the last two years on all the occasions we have been the service was excellent, the staff are courteous efficient and attentive without being intrusive. the menu is varied but sensible, with a good selection of meat and fish dishes also a small vegetarian selection. The prices are very reasonable for a hotel restaurant of this class. I will give this restaurant my full recommendation. If the rib of lamb is on the menu, it is to die for. If you are in Fatima and want to treat yourself without breaking the bank, you know where to go. Dom Goncalo hotel restaurant.
J	Joy Amajoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very helpful and polite. The room is clean and all the basic needs are provided. Its a walking distance to the basilica which is very handy. Dinner in the hotel was very tasty but pricey. There are lots of cheaper alternatives in the town area. We would definitely be staying there again.
K	Kate Burley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, in an incredibly convenient location and good value for money. We stayed just after New Year and staff were incredibly polite. Restaurant staff particularly impressed us on the evening of January 2nd. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. The spa area is a big plus. However, it was a little busy and spa staff were not so vigilent about the noise of children or people commandeering use of the hot stone chairs by leaving their towels there. It was much better in the morning just after opening hours, but this was not until 10am. Everything about our stay was really nice and could only be improved by extending the spa opening hours to earlier in the morning. I'd much prefer a swim before breakfast hours! The breakfast was good with a lot of options. Many thanks to all the hotel staff. K
