★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijou restaurant with all dishes based on cheese's. The food is exquisite and surprisingly refreshing. Off the beaten track but we'll worth the small effort to get there. Oh and when I say bijou I really mean it. Book your table in advance.

We took the degustation menu and again, out of words.
Very well thought food composition and each moment makes you wish you would be able to rewind time. Since that's not possible I'll just need to go back again and again
To round it all together Vasco receives you as if you were a long time friend and is knowledgeable of a wide range of topics besides the cheese and food you would expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG. A restaurant devoted to cheese based dishes. Amazing. So it's of the beaten tourist track and well worth the visit. Best choice for a first visit is to go with the house recommendation and be delighted with a selection of breads and cheeses to start, followed by quesadillas, then a chicken and mushroom risotto and finally desserts from the gods. Both were so sublime and wonderful. Wine selection is great and is a great find. Definitely a return visit will be happening next time in Lisbon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing cheese-inspired menu. We asked our server to pick our food & wine for us - it was all incredible. Gruyere breadsticks, emantel fondue, and deconstructed cheesecake for dessert, and lots of other delights along the way. Excellent service and an all around wonderful experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were afraid that it would be too cheesy. Well, it was not. Of course, this restaurant is for cheese lovers, but the food taste is not overloaded with cheese presence. The owner was friendly with us, and the service was quick and efficient. The dishes were original and different from what we are used to in traditional cuisine. The price we paid was a good match for the restaurant quality, although it is essential to mention that we had a discount from the Fork. We got out very satisfied and will consider repeating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful restaurant. The food was excellent and savoury, the service very great. Our waiter was very friendly and talked French with us to put us at ease. And don’t get me started with the wines!
I highly recommend that place if you love cheese and wine as much as I do!
