Ligam ao cliente a pedir para se dirigir à entrada do prédio (informando que já lá estão) e só aparecem 15min depois. Desorganização na elaboração dos pedidos (não têm atenção às observações que o cliente indicou). Home delivery service to improve. They call the customer asking to go to the entrance of the building (informing that they are already there) and only appear 15 minutes later. Disorganization in the preparation of orders (they do not pay attention to the comments that the customer has indicated).

O rapaz da entrega nao pediu desculpa, justificou se com uma necessidade de trocar a moto mas de forma mto arrogante e tinha se esquecido de trazer o MB. Ou seja iria ter de regressar para cobrar. Disse q lhe q nao ia querer a pizza assim, q nao estava pa ficar mais tempo ja rua a espera dele , ao q a resposta dele foi "mas alguem te disse q ias ter de descer?" Virei costas e vim me embora, enquanto ele me chamava nomes bonitos q deve ter aprendido com a avó!. Fui a loja apresentar queixa mas nao fiquei com uma sensação que iam fazer alguma coisa por isso fica aqui na internet tb. Perderam um cliente Dominos I ordered a pizza at Loja de agualva cacem 2020-08-04 # 16. They called me after asking me to come down in 5 min for delivery. I waited 15 on the street. The delivery guy did not apologize, justified himself with a need to change the bike but in a very arrogant way and had forgotten to bring the MB. In other words, I would have to return to collect. I said that I wouldn’t want the pizza like that, that I wasn’t going to stay longer on the street waiting for him, to which his answer was "but did someone tell you that you were going to have to go down?” I turned my back and left, while he called me beautiful names that he must have learned from his grandmother !. I went to the store to complain but I didn't have a feeling that they were going to do something so it stays here on the internet too. Lost a Dominos client

Gostei tb do serviço porém não percebo porque não aceitam cartão refeição (CaixaBreak por ex.). The pizzas are, in my opinion, of very good quality and tasty. I also liked the service but I don't understand why they don't accept meal cards (CaixaBreak, for example).

Já percebi que o mal é geral e a cadeia como um todo não funciona como deve de ser. Perderam mais um cliente. 1 hour waiting for pizza and more than 10 minutes waiting on the phone for someone to answer. Another super negative experience in a Domino's store. I've already realized that evil is general and the chain as a whole doesn't work properly. They lost another customer.
