Após longa espera ao balcão e depois de ter sido vista pelo responsável de loja, que não se dignou a cumprimentar muito menos a perguntar se precisava de ajuda, eis que um distribuidor ao passar por mim teve a dignidade de me dirigir a palavra e foi realmente prestável. Lamento não saber o nome desse rapaz de origem Brasileira porque fez toda a diferença para mim, visto que queria confirmar se tinha encomendado a base de pizza certa.
Reparei que a medida da pizza familiar e da pizza média é exatamente o mesmo, claro està que uma vez em casa não ia voltar à loja, gastar o meu tempo e gasolina para retificar este falhanço do dominós. Mas quem ficou a perder fui eu, claro , uma vez que paguei valor acrescido pela familiar.
Escrevo para que tenham noção do que esperar quando là forem e para que possam mudar as suas práticas de atendimento e prestação de serviços para melhor.
I went to the store to buy dinner. After a long wait at the counter and after being seen by the store manager, who did not deign to say hello much less to ask if I needed help, behold, a distributor passing by had the dignity to speak to me and really was helpful staff. I regret not knowing the name of this guy of Brazilian origin because it made all the difference for me, as I wanted to confirm that I had ordered the right pizza base.
I noticed that the measure of the family pizza and the average pizza is exactly the same, of course, once I was at home, I wasn't going to go back to the store, spend my time and gas to rectify this dominoes failure. But I was the one to lose, of course, since I paid added value for the family member.
I write so that they have an idea of what to expect when they go there and so that they can change their care and service practices for the better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desilusão! A primeira vez que encomendei, tudo ótimo, as 3 vezes seguintes tudo a correr mal. Pizza seca e sem sal sem queijo quase nenhum, esquecem-se das bebidas, demoram 2 horas a entregar. Desisiti definitivamente!
Disappointment! The first time I ordered, everything was great, the next 3 times everything went wrong. Dry and unsalted pizza with almost no cheese, they forget about drinks, take 2 hours to deliver. I definitely gave up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Domino's pizza to eat in the place, it took 10min to get the pizza, so that was ok, no complaints. It doesn't have to much seats. Don't recommend for big families to eat there!
The pizzas were great as usual. It's more for take-way…
