★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, encomendei as pizzas às 19.20h e foi indicado um tempo de espera entre 25 a 35 minutos, tudo ok, às 20.30 h. liguei para saber qual a demora onde me disseram que ainda levava mais 40 m. CANCELEI DE IMEDIATO O PEDIDO. Às 21.20h ligaram a dizer que estavam à minha porta, ridículo , ou seja 2 horas depois. Pedido funcionou mal, telefone funcionou mal. ??
 Terrible service, I ordered the pizzas at 7.20 pm and a waiting time was indicated between 25 to 35 minutes, everything ok, at 8.30 pm. I called to find out what was the delay where they told me it still took another 40 m. I IMMEDIATELY CANCELED THE ORDER. At 9.20 pm they called to say they were at my door, ridiculous, that is, 2 hours later. Request malfunctioned, phone malfunctioned. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No 1° dia tentei agradar a minha sogra pois ela ama pizzas e como eu já era cliente no Seixal resolvi dar um miminho, fiz o pedido as 19:20 na aplicação e estaria pronto as 19:55 eram 20:30 e ainda estava em preparação. Resumindo ficamos 3h a espera liguei 3 vezes para apoio cliente e a telemarketing ainda ficou aborrecida por estar a ligar várias vezes. Ninguém ligou, ninguém deu uma explicação simplesmente tive que fazer uma pizza em casa. No 3° dia tentei novamente levou 1h e a pizza chegou fria e com um pedido errado. Foi uma grande desilusão para uma marca que eu gostava tanto.
On the 1st day I tried to please my mother-in-law because she loves pizza and as I was already a customer at Seixal I decided to give it a little treat, I placed the order at 19:20 in the application and it would be ready at 19:55 it was 20:30 and it was still in preparation. In short, we were waiting for 3 hours, I called customer support 3 times and the telemarketing was still annoyed because I was calling several times. Nobody called, nobody gave an explanation I just had to make a pizza at home. On the 3rd day I tried again, it took 1h and the pizza arrived cold and with a wrong order. It was a big let down for a brand I liked so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto do serviço, atendimento e tudo mais. O que as pessoas em geral nao percebem é que a domino's de setubal abriu a pouco tempo e tambem compreendo a insatisfacao de alguns clientes mas teem que perceber que isto é novo e todos os colaboradores estao a ambientar-se a toda a pressao que vcs metem em cima deles.
Eles nos primeiros dias tiveram que fazer uma catrefada de pedidos e com os poucos colaboradores que tinham, bem ou mal, conseguiram dar vazam.
Quase todos os colaboradores sao inexperientes nesta área e estao a ganhar pratica e hj tao muito melhor do que quando abriram, vcs dão a prova da dúvida.
Com isto espero que daqui a 1mes vao la e facam a mesma critica que fizeram agr, aqui!
I like the service, care and everything else. What people in general do not realize is that domino's de setubal opened a short time ago and I also understand the dissatisfaction of some customers, but they have to realize that this is new and all employees are adapting to all the pressure you put on top of them.
In the first days they had to make a raft of orders and with the few collaborators they had, for better or for worse, they managed to leak.
Almost all collaborators are inexperienced in this area and are gaining practice and it is so much better now than when they opened, you guys are proof of doubt.
With this I hope that in 1 month they will go there and make the same criticism that they did here!

Telefonei a primeira e segunda vez sem qualquer resposta. Na terceira vez atenderam e deram mais 2 horas de espera...
É óbvio que cancelei o serviço.
I ordered at 7.14 pm and at 8.35 pm no pizza.
I phoned the first and second time without any answer. The third time they answered and gave another 2 hours of waiting...
It's obvious I canceled the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz encomenda online, pedido #19# telefonaram a informar que as pizzas chegariam mais tarde que a hora prevista devido ao escasso pessoal para fazer o serviço de entregas, mas que comeria as pizzas quentinhas! Qual é o meu espanto, quando abro as caixas, o recheio das pizzas todo derrubado para um dos lados, de quentinhas não tinham nada e o tipo de massa não foi o que pedi. Uma desilusão com este serviço prestado.
I placed an order online, order #19# they called to inform me that the pizzas would arrive later than the expected time due to the lack of staff to do the delivery service, but that I would eat the pizzas warm! To my amazement, when I open the boxes, the pizza toppings all spilled to one side, they had nothing warm and the type of dough was not what I asked for. Disappointed with this service provided.
