Quando rejeitamos a troca, devolveram-nos o colchão antigo, que não tinha sido levado para o camião há mais do que 10 minutos, e também veio manchado em vários sítios, tendo tido de ser lavado. Apesar de tudo, recusaram-se a devolver-nos o dinheiro do transporte.
I changed a mattress at Dompaka, for a bed also bought there. I was handed a completely filthy mattress, full of dark stains and with a very strong odor. When we rejected the exchange, they returned the old mattress, which had not been taken to the truck for more than 10 minutes, and also came stained in several places, having to be washed. In spite of everything, they refused to return the transport money to us.
