★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is ideal and the esplanade is convenient with very nice view. The sandwiches are delicious and the portion is quite good. That being said, my only problem is with the service. I have visited the cafe several times and had some peculiar experiences.
The first time I ordered at the counter. I got half of my order and went to the toilet. When I came back I waited for the waiter to come back to serve me the remaining of my order. Waited for a good 5 minutes (it's a very small place so 5min is too long). Called in to the kitchen and once I explained to the gentleman who was inside that I had been waiting for some time he replied with: "5min? Let me get the waiter. Do you want me to fire him? I'll fire him." I was left speechless by this reply and once the waiter came back he apologised for the wait and I got the rest of my order.
The other times, I had to wait several minutes for the waiter to come to my table, had to remind the waiter i was still missing items on my order, had to go to the counter to order because he failed to see I was a new customer and had to seat on a table with items from the previous customer.
I would understand if it was busy but none of the times was. There's a lack of being able to multitask and with a more switched on person or a second person perhaps this place could be booming. Apart from that, it is heaven after hiking from the beach up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged me 3€ for a beer and 3,20€ for a glass of wine local wine. Then I went inside to find out about all the prices and I saw on the wall a price table. Therefore I decided to take a picture of the menu and guess what! the owner refused in a negative way, even threatened me by calling the police if I take a picture of the menu, I was sock!! Definitely not recommended. Hope you guys have a better experience
