★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incompetent. How such an unreliable and incompetent logistics company remains in business is a mystery. Failed the three scheduled delivery dates and when I tried to reschedule, the customer support phone number was always interrupted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shipping service you will have in Portugal. No help no informations, absolutely NOT RECCOMENDED.
MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED THE WRONG DAY AND NOBODY INOFORMED US, all the following days the played with us saying that they will deliver the next day.. of course this never happened!!! Just after one week they told us that the order was sent back to Spain, of course no explanation and no solution!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company ever. I have never come across such incompetence. They also LIE. They say they try to deliver but actually don't. They lost my first parcel and the second parcel they just couldn't be bothered to deliver. I waited in for 3 days running and they never showed up. An utter DISGRACE. How are they even still in business. Would definitely NOT recommend. I give them 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. They probably use outdated maps and did not deliver a parcel to an 40 year old address. The rude call center said the delivery guy couldn't find the address and maybe the next day guy will. Oh, and you have to pay extra-fee calls to deal with their problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I pay for home delivery and they dont even bother to come to the house. The drivers always want to drop at a cafe, even though I pay to deliver to the house. Today, the delivery has been "signed" and the location is in a totally different village. I emailed to complain a few days ago and today a driver called me really angry asking why I made a complaint! When we told him we were going to call his boss, he wouldn't stop trying to call back. Unbelievable how bad they are. Harassing people who complain is next level

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A simply terrible company that should be avoided. They do not notify you if they are about to deliver even if they are delivering on another day from the one previously notified. If the package is not delivered successfully it is almost impossible to contact the company to discover its whereabouts. In the end, I have contacted Amazon and they are chasing it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ plz don't use this company. I never seen like this DELIVERY company! talked with driver and he said that will be there in like 20min. so I was waiting all day but nobody came and contacted to me. I tried to call to him again but he never receive phone again.
