★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to Portugal one month ago, so my portuguese isn't the best. A few days ago, I just recognized that I am pregnant, so I wanted to make an appointment. I called there and asked if it's possible to speak english, because of my bad portuguese. The lady on the phone just said very very unfriendly "nao" . so, I think if somebody is a doctor or is working in a practice, it should be common to speak in English. Anyway, I felt very lost and I am really really dissapointed. Imagine you move to a new country and just learn the language, get the message that you are pregnant. Anyway, Dr. Palma isn't responsible for that, but maybe she should look for a new secretary, somebody who is able to fix an appointment in English.
