★ ★ ★ ★ ★ demasiado costoso y poca atención al cliente ... solo 1 fisioterapeuta disponible en benfica, la mayoria del tiempo ... jamás volveré!
 Too expensive and poor customer service ... only 1 physiotherapist available at charity, most of the time ... I will never return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive 15 sessões de fisioterapia (no espaço em São Domingos de Benfica - ao lado dos MARISTAS) e até terminar todas as sessões perguntaram-me (as 2 únicas funcionárias full-time, mas mais insistentemente a recepcionista) 6 ou 7 vezes:
"Não quer marcar uma consulta com o Dr. Varandas?"
Na 1a vez que me perguntaram respondi:
"Não quero consulta nenhuma (já tive uma ao início e chega bem, pensei)... no final das sessões logo se vê, se e só se não me sentir curado"
Já o Dr Varandas no final da 1a consulta disse "No final das sessões venha cá para o ver" (LoL, devem pensar q ando aqui a brincar às consultas - pensei)
Esta pressão ao cliente, à caça de $$$, pode pegar com gente ingénua ou que não sabe o que fazer ao $$$, mas comigo leva-me a decidir imediatamente que nunca mais gastarei $$$ ali.
I had 15 physical therapy sessions (in the space in São Domingos de Benfica - alongside the MARIST) and until all sessions ended I was asked (the only 2 full-time employees, but more insistently the receptionist) 6 or 7 times:
"Don't you want to make an appointment with Dr. Varandas?"
The first time they asked me I answered:
"I don't want any consultation (I've had one at the beginning and that's fine, I thought) ... at the end of the sessions you will soon see if and only if you don't feel healed."
Already Dr Varandas at the end of the first consultation said "At the end of the sessions come here to see you" (LoL, you must think I'm playing here consultations - I thought)
This customer pressure, hunting for $$$, can come with people who are naive or not sure what to do with $$$, but it makes me decide immediately that I will never spend $$$ there again.
