A senhora que faz recepção deixa muito a desejar também. (Estava toda gente à espera e aparece sempre um que ainda à pouco chegou mas tem que ir embora. Como sempre.
Azar eu estou lá com uma hora depois da minha marcação e também tenho que ir embora, mas aguardo a minha vez.
A senhora vai pedindo para deixar passar, mas chegou à minha vez e disse que não.
Ui,se ela já era atenciosa, imagem como ficou.

The lady who does the reception leaves a lot to be desired too. (Everyone was waiting and there is always one who has just arrived but has to leave. As always.
