★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá porque o meu botão de on/off não funcionava e apesar de alguma desorganização na passagem de informação entre colegas, foram sempre simpáticos e bastante correctos comigo. Disseram-me logo desde o inicio o custo da reparação e só demorou mais porque o telemóvel tinha de ir para o centro de reparações deles no Porto e não se aperceberam disso logo ao inicio.
 I went there because my on / off button didn't work and despite some disorganization in the passing of information between colleagues, they were always friendly and quite correct with me. I was told the cost of the repair right from the start and it only took longer because the cell phone had to go to their repair center in Porto and they didn't realize it right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu iria dar 5, estrelas pelo preço barato e resolução do problema do conector de carga mas ao re fecharem o telemovel entortaram a antena de rede e fiquei sem rede no telemóvel. Obrigaram-me a lá voltar . ( Não vivo perto) simpatia de um dos empregados também fica a desejar. No entsnto pelo preço barato. 4 estrelas.
I would give 5 stars for the cheap price and resolution of the problem of the charge connector but when closing the phone they bent the network antenna and I had no network on the phone. They forced me to go back there. (I don't live close by) friendliness of one of the employees is also to be desired. However, for the cheap price. 4 stars.

Mais tarde ligaram-me a informar que deveria também trocar a bateria porque esta se encontrava danificada (apesar de eu nunca ter tido quaisquer problemas com a bateria). Aceitei fazer a troca, porque me disseram que eu ia ter problemas no futuro. Nunca pensei que me enganariam de forma tão descarada.
O home button veio danificado. Não se responsabilizaram.
O ecrã que me puseram é de má qualidade e tem um defeito. Recusam-se a trocar. A bateria que puseram descarrega-se em menos de 12 horas, com muito pouco uso. Trocaram uma vez. Mas a bateria nova não se encontra em melhor estado. Tem 49% da capacidade original.
Pedi a remoção das peças e devolução do dinheiro. Recusam-se a fazê-lo.
Uma vergonha de serviço. Não se importam minimamente com a satisfação do cliente.
I left my iPhone 5 on Dr Smart of Mulberry to repair my screen.
Later they called me to say that I should also change the battery because it was damaged (although I never had any problems with the battery). I agreed to make the switch because I was told that I was going to have problems in the future. I never thought they would fool me so blatantly.
The home button came damaged. They were not responsible.
The screen they put me is of poor quality and has a defect. They refuse to trade. The battery they put in will be discharged in less than 12 hours, with very little use. They changed it once. But the new battery is not in a better condition. It has 49% of original capacity.
I asked for the removal of the parts and the money back. They refuse to do so.
A shame of service. They don't care in the least about customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O meu caso é parecido com alguns que li aqui. Troca de bateria. 120€. depois de lá voltar 2 vezes à 3ª disseram-me que não podiam trocar porque tinham passado os 3 meses de validade. De facto não chegou nunca a ficar bom. Fui aos indianos que me trocaram por uma bateria igualzinha (eu vi e tenho a bateria antiga que me deram) por 20€. Sei que dizer mal é fácil mas de facto neste caso o serviço e a solução para um problema mal resolvido foi bastante mediocre. Não recomendo e não voltarei a usar. O Centro Amoreiras deveria também ele ter algum cuidado com os lojista que contrata. Há um capital de confiança que se perde.
My case is similar to some I read here. Battery change. € 120. after returning there 2 times to the 3rd they told me that they could not change because they had passed the 3 months of validity. In fact it never got better. I went to the Indians who changed me for an equal battery (I saw and I have the old battery they gave me) for 20 €. I know that to say evil is easy but in fact in this case the service and the solution to an ill-resolved problem was quite mediocre. I do not recommend it and will not use it again. The Amoreiras Center should also have some care with the tenants it hires. There is a trustworthy capital that is lost.

Subtituição de um ecrã Iphone 7 Plus partido. O ecrã montado logo apresentou problemas (constraste, bloqueio, aberturas intempestivas de apps...).
Por 3 vezes, substituiram o ecrã sobre garantia, sem resultado nenhum nem solução, desisti.
130€ deitados pela janela, ladrões e incompetentes, FUGIR E EVITAR

Replacing a broken Iphone 7 Plus screen. The mounted screen soon presented problems (contrast, lock, untimely app openings ...).
Three times, they replaced the screen under warranty, without any result or solution, I gave up.
