She's super friendly, speaks perfect English and just makes you feel very welcome throughout the whole appointment. I felt really well taken care of and can't recommend her enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, I can NOT recommend. I went for care 5 months ago and have been debating whether or not to leave a comment, but the impersonal way they treated me has weighed heavy on my mind and I would not want anyone else to have this experience. My pain was disregarded and I felt ignored, misled and horrible when leaving.
You can read her comments to other 1 star reviews below for an idea of what they are like, and I imagine they will leave a mean comment here as well, to discredit my experience. Choose for yourself, but I think you deserve better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff and doctor, but went there for a specific lab test which could not be done, when I wanted to leave the doctor insisted to check me even though it was not necessary at all, since I had been to the gym two weeks earlier. She did not tell me it would cost me 130€ for the short and for me completely unnecessary check.
Not possible to pay with another European health insurance card immediately, probably because they know that’s not a common fee for such a treatment.

It was my first time meeting Dr. Faria and she could not have been much nicer she was very thorough with her questioning and examination and gave good solid advice during the consultation and checked that everything was great. She was very nice, calm and professional. I would recommend her for anyone. I also love that you can schedule your appointment with her online and get confirmation immediately.

It was my first time going to her (I'm an expat living in Lisbon) so it's quite daunting looking for someone new. I can't begin express how lovely and welcoming she was from the moment I walked in the door.
She took great care that my mind was at ease and spoke me through every step of the appointment. She explained everything in such detail and the appointment wasn't rushed. I felt super comfortable and relaxed and left feeling really taken care of.
I'd recommend her to anyone!
