★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonei para tentar saber preços, não me informaram sob a justificação de só me poderem informar presencialmente... Pior que isso é o facto da senhora se ter dirigido a mim com um ar insolente e arrogante de quem não sabe falar educadamente com as pessoas. É lamentável.
I called to try to find out prices, they did not inform me on the grounds that they could only inform me in person ... Worse than that is the fact that you addressed me with an insolent and arrogant air of someone who does not know how to speak politely to people. It is unfortunate.
