P	Paulo Quendera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Tenta-se ligar para o número e ninguém se digna a atender. Pelo messenger do fb mal respondem e despacham. Nunca mais voltarei lá para nada. Terrible attendance. You try to call the number and no one deigns to answer. Through the fb messenger barely reply and dispatch. I will never go back there for anything.

O disco veio e eu quis levantá-lo no sábado de manhã, 31 de Julho. Acontece que quando lá cheguei a loja tinha o dístico ABERTO com um VOLTO JÁ. Voltei 30 minutos depois e a loja continuava com o VOLTO JÁ. Nessa altura liguei e deixei mensagens no messenger mas nada. No dia 4 de Agosto liguei duas vezes à tarde para confirmar se estavam abertos ou não, mas não me atenderam. E deixei mais mensagens no messenger. E uma vez mais nada. Zero. A não ser que tenha acontecido alguma coisa de grave (espero que não) de facto não percebo esta postura. Não abona muito a favor da loja. O que é uma pena pois poderia ser um spot meu preferencial em Almada para a aquisição de discos. Assim acho que estão a correr o risco de perder um potencial cliente. Enfim... I got to know this store less than 1 month ago and I liked the atmosphere and the musical variety. A few days later I ordered a disc from them via messenger. The record came and I wanted to pick it up on Saturday morning, July 31st. It turns out that when I got there, the store had an OPEN label with a BACK NOW. I returned 30 minutes later and the store continued with the BACK NOW. At that time I called and left messages on the messenger but nothing. On the 4th of August I called twice in the afternoon to confirm if they were open or not, but they didn't answer me. And I left more messages on messenger. And once again nothing. Zero. Unless something serious has happened (I hope not) I really don't understand this attitude. It doesn't do much in favor of the store. Which is a shame because it could be my preferred spot in Almada for the purchase of records. So I think they're running the risk of losing a potential customer. Anyway...

Ao contrário do referido nos diversos comentários, são ambos dotados de pouco conhecimento de causa. Ficam muito nervosos e perplexos perante a aflitiva tentativa de ajudar, mas dado o escasso conhecimento do assunto, equivocam-se com fartura. Para mim, loja simpática, com gestão amadora. Nota Final: Esperei quase uma hora pela abertura, já que abriu às 14h50m contrariamente ao indicado no horário previsto -14h. As I understood in the various comments, "excellent service provided" from which I deduce the owners are Cristina and Sérgio. Contrary to what has been mentioned in the various comments, both are endowed with little knowledge of the facts. They are very nervous and perplexed at the distressing attempt to help, but given their scant knowledge of the subject, they make mistakes in abundance. For me, nice shop, with amateur management. Final Note: I waited almost an hour for the opening, as it opened at 2:50 pm, contrary to what was indicated at -14:00.
