Empregado teve total falta empatia para o cliente, sendo grosseiro e rude, demonstrou arrogância com laivos de afronta completamente despropositados. Se todos os empregados desta loja tiverem este tipo de atitude comercial, então é uma loja de fugir! É pena, porque não basta ser classificada como "lojas com história", é imprescindível saber estar à altura dessa qualificação sem o que, é apenas mais uma loja no pobre e entediante panorama do comercio da baixa lisboeta. Perguntei-lhe se tinha um produto, mostrando-lhe uma foto e em vez de dizer que não tinha, alterou-se referindo que era dono e que tem uma drogaria há muitos anos afirmando que o que pretendia não existia. "Só existe no mercado o que ele vende ?" infelizmente, não merece a localização que tem em Lisboa. Espero que tenha outros funcionários que compensem a sua falta de profissionalismo. I asked him if he had a product, showing him a photo and instead of saying that he didn't have it, he changed by saying that he owned and had a drugstore for many years, stating that what he wanted did not exist. The guy was smart and willing to help so we communicated with brand names, pointing products and gestures when I bought a portugese shaving soap at an excellent price! Moreover, he proposed another nearby store for greater variety of shaving soaps when I asked for a product he didn't have (for the story, the other store had it also at an excellent price). Just for the record, the price of the product I bought was lower even than online stores in portugal. It s bad they don't accept orders online or by phone to order products from them again! Highly recommended! I just cannot understand the bad reviews below...

He pointed at a very bad product with very expensive price, when I asked for another product he got all agressive and asked me to just use water instead. Wouldn't recommend anyone to even walk into this shop.
