★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de um Tablet por um preço muito abaixo do mercado (90%) com eles. O Preço estava disponível no Site, e mesmo não entendo o motivo, fiz a aquisição. A Dr.Phone foi superprofissional, me enviou um email explicando que se tratava de uma falha o valor ofertado, mas que mesmo assim honrariam a oferta. Recebi o Tablet dentro do prazo e em perfeitas condições. Não tenho culpa deles terem ofertado pelo preço errado, mas a atitude de honrar a venda demonstrou a seriedade dos mesmos!
I made a purchase of a Tablet for a price well below the market (90%) with them. The Price was available on the Site, and even if I don't understand the reason, I made the purchase. Dr.Phone was super professional, sent me an email explaining that it was a flaw the amount offered, but that they would still honor the offer. I received the Tablet on time and in perfect condition. It is not my fault that they offered the wrong price, but the attitude of honoring the sale demonstrated their seriousness!
