★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de ligar um contador , desloquei me à loja do cidadão para fazer contrato e disseram que no dia seguinte estariam lá em casa entre as 8 e as 10 da manhã, como ninguém apareceu liguei para a EDP e foi- me dito que não iria ninguém que o horário que me tinham falado seria um pré agendamento! Ainda teria de ir a aprovação! Enfim um serviço onde ninguém se entende.
I had to call an accountant, I went to the citizen's store to make a contract and they said that the next day they would be at home between 8 and 10 am, as no one came, I called EDP and I was told that no one would go that the time they had told me would be a pre-booking! The approval would still have to go! Finally, a service where no one understands each other.
