★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já pedi cerca de 10 pratos e sempre foram entregues na hora combinada (12h45 e as 13h15), 90% das vezes foi entregue às 12h45.
A comida é sempre saborosa, isso é o meu maior medo e foi o que me levou a desistir de outras empresas. A relação qualidade preço está boa e a simpatia e o cuidado dos estafetas devia ser exemplo para outras empresas do sector. Mantenham-se assim pois vão ter sucesso!
A única coisa que acrescentaria, era avisar quem vai receber a comida, informar que falta 2/3 min para chegar, só para facilitar a vida do estafeta na entrega.

The food is always tasty, that's my biggest fear and that's what led me to give up on other companies. The quality-price ratio is good and the friendliness and care of couriers should be an example for other companies in the sector. Keep it up because you will succeed!
The only thing I would add, was to warn who will receive the food, inform that 2/3 min is left to arrive, just to facilitate the life of the delivery courier.

As embalagens precisam de ser revistas urgentemente. Caixas de plástico super grossas para deitar fora a seguir. Uma atitude muito pouco responsável por parte da empresa que devia já estar a trabalhar com alternativas (que já existem).
Adicionalmente os prazos de entrega têm sido em muito ultrapassamos, com atrasos de duas horas o que inviabiliza a utilização desta plataforma.
O exemplo de um bom serviço que não soube crescer e adaptar-se.

Packaging needs to be revised urgently. Super thick plastic bins to throw away next. A very little responsible attitude on the part of the company that should already be working with alternatives (which already exist).
Additionally, delivery times have been greatly exceeded, with delays of two hours, which makes the use of this platform unfeasible.

Encomendei através da Glovo e o pedido nunca mais chegava, entrei em contacto com a Glovo no qual menciona que a Eattasty tem estafeta próprio e que o mesmo deu a encomenda como entregue.
Tal não aconteceu, não recebi a minha refeição e nem iria ser reembolsado pois a refeição tinha sido declarada pelo estafeta da Eattasty como entregue.
As tentativas de contacto com a Eattasty foram infrutíferas.
Não atendem as chamadas.
Não recomendo!
It's not reliable.
I ordered through Glovo and the order never arrived, I contacted Glovo in which he mentions that Eattasty has its own courier and that he gave the order as delivered.
This did not happen, I did not receive my meal and I would not be refunded as the meal had been declared by the Eattasty courier as delivered.
Attempts to contact Eattasty were unsuccessful.
They don't answer calls.
I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o atendimento ao cliente muito bom e rápido!! Pedi pela glovo e me enviaram logo um sms com o link para um chat caso precisasse entrar em contato diretamente com a EatTasty. Entrei em contato para perguntar se estava chegando e me responderam muito rápido.
A comida é muito boa, fresca e bem confeccionada. Costumo pedir comida online diariamente e acredito que é das melhores opções disponíveis em relação a custo/beneficio. Poderia pedir todos os dias.
A única parte ruim é que a comida veio um pouco fria. Não sei se é normal. Vou tentar pedir outras vezes, mas em alguns dias vou me mudar para um espaço sem microondas, portanto não sei se vou continuar pedindo. Uma pena.
I found the customer service very good and fast!! I asked for glovo and they immediately sent me an sms with the link to a chat if I needed to contact EatTasty directly. I got in touch to ask if it was coming and they responded very quickly.
The food is very good, fresh and well prepared. I usually order food online daily and I believe it is one of the best options available in relation to cost/benefit. I could ask every day.
The only downside is that the food was a little cold. I don't know if it's normal. I'll try to order again, but in a few days I'll be moving to a space without a microwave, so I don't know if I'll keep ordering. A feather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered lunch, at 12:30 got e-mail that food was delivered, nobody ringed at the door, was nobody next to the building. Called to customer support twice between 13:30 and 14:20, they promissed that food would be delivered today anyway. After a while customer support stoped to answer my calles and and just send voucher for next meal by e-mail - I stayed without food with obligation to by another day. First and worst experience
