★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a primeira vez que utilizei o serviço. Marquei com um dia de antecedência. Disse que demoravam cerca de 1:20 para a lavagem de 22€. Demorou cerca de 2h. E quando cheguei a casa notei que as jantes mal tinham sido limpas. No interior certas partes nem sequer foram abertas para limpar e os vidros não estavam bem limpos. A experiência não foi boa. Não vou voltar.

Limpeza efetuada, encontra se noutros locais a metade do preço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma lavagem básica de duração de 1h para a 16h e quando cheguei informaram-me que o carro só ía estar pronto às 17h para levantar.
Pedi o livro de reclamações e nem sequer tinham o livro, estava desaparecido.
Fui posteriormente contactada pelo responsável e foi-me oferecido uma limpeza para compensar a primeira má experiência.
O carro ficou ótimo.
I scheduled a basic wash lasting from 1h to 16h and when I arrived they informed me that the car would only be ready at 17h to pick up.
I asked for the complaints book and they didn't even have the book, it was gone.
I was later contacted by the person in charge and was offered a cleaning to compensate for the first bad experience.
The car turned out great.

- Marquei a lavagem de manhã cedo, através do site, para as ~12:40h. Quando chego ao posto de lavagem informaram-me que um dos funcionários estava ausente e não iam conseguir lavar o carro naquela hora. Tudo bem, lavagam foi remarcada presencialmente para as ~18:00 da tarde. Quando chego á hora marcada fui informado que não iam conseguir lavar o carro naquela hora. Remarcado novamente para as ~19:45h. Chego a essa hora e fui informado que ainda tinham muitos carros pela frente. Lavagem começou finalmente com quase 30 minutos de atraso.
- A lavagem (exterior simples) foi inconsistente. Ficaram marcas notórias de mosquitos e outra sujidade na frente do carro e espelhos laterais. O lado de fora das jantes do meu carro têm uma zona cromada e outra mais escura. Estas ficaram bem limpas... na parte cromada. Fiquei com uma camada espessa de pó dos travões ao passar o dedo na zona escura (do lado de fora das jantes).
- Nenhum dos funcionários que me atendeu estava a usar máscara, apesar da obrigatoriedade legal. Isto em pleno pico da pandemia.
My experience:
- I scheduled the early morning wash, via the website, for ~12:40h. When I arrived at the washing station, I was informed that one of the employees was absent and they would not be able to wash the car at that time. Alright, lavagam was rescheduled in person for ~18:00 pm. When I arrived at the appointed time, I was informed that they would not be able to wash the car at that time. Rescheduled again to ~19:45h. I arrive at that time and I was informed that there were still many cars ahead. Washing finally started almost 30 minutes late.
- Washing (plain exterior) was inconsistent. There were notorious marks of mosquitoes and other dirt on the front of the car and side mirrors. The outside of my car's rims have a chrome and a darker area. These were very clean... on the chrome part. I got a thick layer of brake dust when I ran my finger over the dark area (outside the rims).
- None of the employees who attended me were wearing a mask, despite the legal obligation. This at the height of the pandemic.
